The pharmaceuticals distributor is based in Les Ulis, in the southern outskirts of Paris, and achieves the lion’s share (95%) of its sales in Africa. According to information obtained by Jeune Afrique Business+, it is now preparing an acquisition in Kenya. The transaction – the takeover of a large local pharmaceutical distributor – is currently at the due diligence stage. However, “several months’ work are still needed before the deal can be completed,” an internal source explained, adding that “the transaction will significantly increase the company’s size and workforce.”
