CFAO establishes a South African business unit as part of its takeover of Unitrans (Steinhoff)

South African car dealership group Unitrans, soon to be renamed CFAO Motors, will contribute annual revenues of €1.5bn ($1.65bn) to CFAO Group which reported latest annual revenues of $4.4bn ($4.84bn).

The deal was supervised by Philippe Franiatte in his role as Development and Strategic Planning Director from 2018, prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of CFAO South Africa in October this year, our sources indicate.
