Saham Group completes its withdrawal from healthcare in Morocco with the sale of Saham Pharma

Following the sale of several clinics in Morocco, the Saham Group conglomerate, owned by Moroccan tycoon Moulay Hafid Elalamy, is in the process of finalising its exit from the health sector after accepting the joint offer from the investment fund SPE Capital and the subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD), Proparco, for the purchase of Saham Pharma.
