The Côte d’Ivoire company ZECI, a joint venture between Zola Electric and the French utility EDF, has concluded a contract with the investment platform NEoT Offgrid Africa (NOA) to carry out the receivables securitisation programme, Philippe Ringenbach, CEO of NEoT Capital, NOA’s management company, explained to Jeune Afrique Business+.
