In a letter sent on 31 January to the Governor of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), Abbas Mahamat Tolli, who is overseeing the process of merging Central African stock exchanges, Cesar Augusto Mba Abogo, Equatorial Guinea’s Minister of Finance, Economy and Planning, unveiled Malabo’s list.
