A graduate in economics from the Agostinho Neto University in Luanda and in management from the Technical University of Lisbon, he contributed to the structuring of Angola’s stock market sector while Executive Director of the Capital Markets Commission (CMC) between 2012 and 2016, and then as President of the Angola Securities Exchange (BODIVA) between 2016 and 2019.
