The company, dating back to 1878, will permanently leave the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 15 June. After 46 years on the South African stock exchange, the trading of GRF shares will come to an end on 9 June. For the delisting, Group Five is being advised by South African attorneys from Werksmans Inc and Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, the country’s fourth-largest bank measured by assets.
