On 18 May, the man with a starring role in the “Rwandan miracle” was appointed to the board of directors of the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), the investment promotion agency based in the land of a thousand hills. He joins Ivan Kagame, the President’s son, and Liban Soleman, former leader of the Emerging Gabon Strategic Plan (PSGE) and the Gabon National Investment Promotion Agency.
