The Banque Populaire group is emerging from lockdown with a new internal structure. Effective since 6 July, the bank’s new organisational chart, featuring some 7,700 employees, is the result of an operational transformation towards a “Producer, Distributor and Platform” model. The group is aiming for “a strategic inflection”, which seeks to streamline the “value proposition for customers and ensure a solid and sustainable growth of its various activities”.
