According to the ruling dated 10 July 2020, to which we have had access, the arbitral tribunal appointed by the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Paris) declared itself incompetent to settle the dispute, agreeing with the position defended by the Angolan government.
