A good source we consulted told us that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for two new mobile phone licenses in Ethiopia is due to be published soon. “The RFP is expected to be released within the next month [September],” our source says. “All the operators are on the starting blocks – the Covid-19 crisis has not impacted their interest.”
