On 1 November, Olivier Gasbarian, General Manager of the Rubis Energie Djibouti subsidiary since 2017, will pass the baton to Franco-Colombian Jorge Hernando Rico, currently Eres Togo’s Managing Director. Specialising in the transport of bitumen, Eres Togo is also a subsidiary of the French petroleum products distribution and storage major, which recorded a turnover of €4.38bn in 2019.
