BIS-TP, the business belonging to Mohamed Zein El Abidine Cheikh Ahmed, head of the National Employers’ Association of Mauritania (UNPM), was declared on 28 October the winner of Lot 2, valued at $1.62m, as part of a $7.2m project to build 20 wet retention basins in the country’s inland regions.
