SCET RIM, one of the top local consulting firms and a subsidiary of the Azizi Group (owned by Ahmed Baba Azizi, the former President of the Mauritanian employer’s union), is coveting the contract to oversee the construction works for a road that will link the localities of Néma and N’Beiket Lahwach. The road, located in eastern Mauritania, requires an investment of $32m.
