Integration of Diamond Bank raises NSIA on the podium of Ivorian banks

The Ivorian subsidiary of the NSIA Group, led by Bénédicte Janine Kacou Diagou—Jean Kacou Diagou’s daughter—received the final green light for the partial transfer of assets from Diamond Bank to its banking subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire.

The operation was approved by the Banking Commission of WAMU in March, followed by the Beninese Ministry of Economy and Finance in May. The approval of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) was finally granted on 4 December to the Ivorian subsidiary of the NSIA Group.
