Following an appeal on 26 November, Judges Arnold, Floyd and Nugee presided over a new ruling on 14 December. This ruling allowed the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) and two of its UK subsidiaries to sue Roger Milner King, his partner, and their respective companies in a dispute which LIA claims cost them £12.3 million (€11 million) in damages.
