Since the signing in April of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Exports (APIEx), Eric Adjovi, managing director of Agri Resources Benin, part of the Monaco Resources group, has advanced the rice processing project. We understand the aim is to sign a concession agreement with the agriculture ministry by the end of July.
