Project manager at Africa Data Center (ADC) and the group’s point of entry with the Togolese government since the selection of Liquid Telecom‘s subsidiary last year to operate the LDC, Yves Akoue will hand over the reins as soon as ADC’s Togolese limited company is formalised, which will also see the appointment of a managing director for this future entity.
