Five years after taking control of Deep Catch Namibia Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, private equity firm Salt Capital is selling its stake along with the German development finance institution DEG, its co-investor in the venture. The buyer is Imperial Logistics, a South African logistics group listed on the JSE and headed since 2019 by Mohammed Akoojee.
