The agreement is between Afry Management Consulting—a branch of the Swedish-Finnish engineering consultancy giant Afry—and the Mauritanian Ministry of Petroleum, Energy and Mines, headed by Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh. The plan is to draw up a roadmap for developing a national hydrogen industry with a low-carbon footprint.
