With a turnover of €430 million in 2021, Intelcia recently acquired Coriolis Service, a company specialising in customer relations with four sites in France and Tunisia. This will further strengthen the Moroccan outsourcing specialist, which already has 40,000 employees in 18 countries, including eight in Africa (Cameroon, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Mauritius, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia).

The acquisition follows a logic of rationalisation: the Altice group, led by Patrick Drahi and purchaser of 65% of the capital of Intelcia in 2016, also got its hands on Coriolis Telecom, the parent company of Coriolis Service, last year.
