“We are doing everything to reopen for Fespaco [scheduled to start on 16 October 2021] if the disbursements of loans contracted with the West African Development Bank (BOAD) and Coris Bank International follow,” said a source close to the hotel group founded and directed by Mossadeck Bally. “The work is progressing well, and at the current rate, we will be able to restart for the Fespaco.”
